Policy
There is a suite of policies that govern and guide land use and land reform in Scotland. There is a new Land Reform Bill due in 2024, the Just Transition Committee will be sharing results shortly, there is a new Agriculture and Rural Communities Bill on the horizon which will replace the current Common Agricultural Policy, and a new Climate Change Plan is also due shortly.
